examination
One student died instantly and other died of injuries while undergoing treatment
at hospital, Radio Nepal said.
Meanwhile, more reports of cheating during examinations were reported
Wednesday on the second day of he test.

The establishment faction of the UCPN-Maoist party decided to call a meeting of the party central committee following strong pressure from the pro-establishment Central Committee (CC) members on Tuesday, The Rising Nepal reports.
The central committee members who held an informal meeting for two days in the capital, also asked the party chairman to hold unity talks with party vice chairman Mohan Baidhya, who leads the dissenting faction.
Chairman of the UCPN-Maoist Puspha Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ said that the informal meeting of the CC members concluded taking single-point decision of calling formal meeting of the party central committee.
"The informal meeting was held to resolve the mounting intra-party rift in the party. The meeting concluded with the decision of calling a meeting of the party central committee soon," Prachanda said.
The meeting has directed party chairman Prachanda to hold talks with the party’s senior vice-chairman Mohan Baidhya Kiran.
Talking to reporters, Maoist party spokesperson Dinanath Sharma said that the party chairman would call the CC meeting to defuse mounting the intra-party by holding talks with Kiran, who leads the dissenting hardline faction of the party.
"The CC meet will take necessary decisions for maintaining unity in the party as it is the ultimate authority to do so," said Sharma, who is also Minister for Education.
Regarding a query about the relevance of the proposed CC meet at a time when decisions made by the earlier CC meet is yet to be implemented, Sharma said that the coming CC meeting will make evaluation regarding the implementation of the decision of the last CC meeting.
According to him Sharma, the coming CC meet will decide on how to move ahead in the peace and constitution writing process.
Talking to The Rising Nepal, Maoist party politburo member Agni Prasad Sapkota said that the CC meeting was called to tackle the latest situation that has surfaced within the party.
However, he said that the decision will not create any hurdle in the ongoing peace and constitution writing process.
Another politburo member Haribol Gajurel said that party chairman decided to call the CC meeting at once according to the sentiments of the CC members.
"We decided to hold talks with dissenting faction once again in a bid to strengthen party unity," Gajurel said.
Altogether 25 CC members including standing committee member Amik Serchan took part in the discussions which was participated in by almost all ministers and top leaders of the establishment faction.

NC OPTS FOR SIX PROVINCES

Nepali Congress leaders from the central development region suggested the party central leaders on Thursday to propose six federal states in maximum on the basis of identity and capability, The Rising Nepal reports.
Speaking at a two days conference of Central Development Region organised by NC, the leaders said that the new constitution should recognize the identity of Tarai, hill and the mountain.
Leaders stressed that the federal system should be established on the basis of identity and capacity.
They also recommended the central leaders to bring clear concepts of the party about the federal system.
On the occasion, NC President Sushil Koirala said that the NC was not in favour of large number of province in the country. He said that the party will never accept states based on ethnicity.
Koirala said, "The NC wants the new federal system to unite the people."
NC Vice-president Ramchandra Poudel said that the party was trying to honor the people’s voice establish the democratic norms and values and social democracy through new constitution.
He said that the new constitutions should ensure rights of people and stressed that the NC will never back away from the federal democratic system.
On the occasion, NC local leaders demanded the party central leaders to bring clear concept about the Madheshi people to reform the organization of NC in the Tarai belt.
They also demanded the leaderships to establish democratic norms and values within the party.
During the programme, NC leader Dr. Ram Saran Mahat presented NC views about peace and constitution while leader Narahari Acharya presented the concept of NC about the party organization. Dr. Jagadis Chandra Pokharel presented a proposal about democratic campaign of the party.
NC said that more than 175 district level and regional level leaders of the party had participated in the conference.
Meanwhile, NC observed the second memorial day of Girija Prasad Koirala across the nation on Tuesday. Contributions of late Koirala to establish the peace and democracy in the country were highlighted in the programmes.
Sister organizations of NC held different programmes across the nation and stressed that Koirala’s contribution was remarkable for the peace, constitution and democracy.
Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala said that his party was following the path of late Koirala and fighting alone to ensure the democratic constitution in the nation.
Speaking at a tea reception organized by town committee of Birgunj to remember GP Koirala, NC president said that his party will take the peace process initiated by Girija Prasad Koirala to conclusion.
President Koirala clamed that the peace and constitution writing processes would be concluded under the leadership of NC.
He said that NC was committed to establish democratic constitution in the country and stressed that NC will never compromise with any forces to regarding democratic constitution in Nepal.
He said that NC has always stood for unity. He urged the party leaders and cadres to give guidelines to the party central leadership to correct its shortcomings, if any.
On the occasion, NC Birgung Town Committee President Mohamad Shabudhin said that late Koirala’s contribution was remarkable for the new generation of NC. He urged all to follow the path of late Koirala.
During the programme, NC Parliamentary Party leader Ramchandra Poudel, general secretaries Prakash Man Singh, Krishna Prasad Sitaula, Treasure Chitra Lekha Yadav, leader Bimelandra Nidhi, Dr. Ram Saran Mahat, Arjun Narsing KC and Sujata Koirala were present.
Similarly, Nepal Tarun Dal organised a programme at the party central office at Sanepa to remember late Koirala.
