CRUCIAL THREE PARTY MADESH MORCHA MEET ON CONSTITUTION INCONCLUIVE Kathmandu, 22 April A crucial meeting between leaders of the Big Three and Madesh Loktantrik Morcha to resolve differences within Sunday’s deadline on thematic differences was inconclusive Sunday despite two rounds of talks in the morning and evening. The parties and Morcha agreed to meet again Monday before a constituent assembly meet which has been convened to push constitution drafting as a deadline to proclaim it by 27May approaches.
