COUNCIL MEET WHICH WAS INCONCLUSIVE
Kathmandu, 2 April: Another deadline to resolve differences on constitution was missed Monday at the main constitution drafting committee headed by Nilambar Acharya amid a sarcastic comment ‘the hero of the constitution making process’ was absent at the meeting.

The Acharya committee meet was inconclusive.
The Maoist chief wasn’t present at Monday’s despite hopes raised Friday by a breakthrough agreement between the Big Three on launching commissions of truth and reconciliation, disappeared persons and completion of integration of former Maoists in Nepal Army.

Kathmandu, 2 April: The visit of Indian Army Chief VK Singh to attend a regional seminar in the Nepalese capital on south Asian disster management and
counterterrorism has been halved from the original four days, India Today

He’ll now come to Kathmandu Wednesday and return Friday.
