Kathmandu, 25 April Main constitution drafting committee headed by Nilambar
Acharya Wednesday decided to ask the business advisory committee of the constituent assembly (CA) for two more days to settle differences on articles to be included in a proposed constitution that has to be promulgated 27 May..
Original plan was to resolve differences between major political parties by Wednesday before the CA scheduled meet Thursday.
Parties were seeking a consensus to avoid a vote on articles of a proposed constitution by majority vote in the CA.
Major players are lobbying for their stances on five major issues including an electoral system, from of government and state structure
