NO STRIKES DURING BAIDHAYA’S SECOND PHASE PROTESTS UPDATE
Kathmandu, 12 April Maoist Mohan Baidhaya faction along with 11 other splinter communist groups Thursday announced
anti-establishment protests from 20 April to 14 May
after a meeting of the United National People’s
Movement Committee (UNPMC).
The three-week second phase protest was for peace,
pro-people constitution and national independence, organizers said..’
The protests don’t include strikes.
Mass meetings, rallies and
parades will be held nation-wide
across the country
Mass meetings will be held in Dhulikhel, Gaighat ,
Pokhara, Kathmandu ,Jhapa, Janakpur Nepalgunj,
and Butwal.
