UPDATE PARTIES HOLDING TALKS TO FORGE CONSENSUS ON CONSTITUTION AND FORMATION OF NATIONAL GOVT.

Kathmandu, 16 April: Parties in Hattiban Resort are attempting to forge a
common concept on a constitution that has to be promulgated by 27 May, leaders engaged in talks since eight in the morning at the resort Monday said..
But they have to resolve differences on themes for inclusion in a basic law by early Tuesday.
Parties are also discussing a national government to replace the 7-month-old administration of Baburam Bhattarai.
Inter and intra-party talks are being held.
Groups are staging sit-ins in front of the resort to press for an agreement.
