UPDATE SETO MACHINDRANATH CHARIOT TOWED TO HANUMAN
DHOKA

Kathmandu, 1 April: The chariot of Seto Machindranath was towed Sunday through Asan and Indrachowk on a three-day journey to Lagon.
:Women dressed in auspicious red lined the streets to watch the chariot being
pulled through the street as electricians and telecom operators cut wires to remove road obstructions.
The chariot with the idol will be rested in front of Bhaiwab temple before resuming the journey to Lagon Monday.

NC LEADER PRASADI CHAUDHARY DEAD

Kathmandu, 1 April: NC mahasamiti member Prasadi Chaudhary died of cancer
on Sunday while undergoing treatment at a Dharan hospital, the party said.
He was 65.
Chaudhary, was the chairman of Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities,
,Saptari
He’s survived by a wife, two sons and five daughters.
