BREAKING NEWS AGREEMENT ON MIZED GOVERNANACE SYSTEM, PROVINCES Kathmandu, 15 May: Without involvement of assembly members and junior party leaders of the Big Three and Madesh Morcha in government agrees on a mixed system of government with an elected president sharing powers with a prime minister elected by parliament.
