CA MEET AGAIN POSTPONED UNTILTHURSDAY UPDATE Kathmandu, 16 May: A scheduled Wednesday meeting of the constituent assembly (CA) was again postponed until Thursday without any business to conduct. A seven member task force of the Prachanda sub-committee formed only Tuesday was still codifying Tuesday night’s agreement for the main constitution drafting committee which was to send it to CA for incorporation in a constitution.
