CA MEET AGAIN POSTPONED UPDATE Kathmandu, 25 May: A scheduled meeting of the constituent assembly (CA)was postponed CA by posting a notice on the board of the assembly premises until Saturday with no business to conduct amid differences between parties. The CA is tasked with responsibility to frame a constitution. A Prachanda sub-committee to resolve themes for incorporation in a basic law was also postponed Friday.
