DEATH TOLL IN SETI FLASH FLOOD INCREASES TO 28 Kathmandu, 11 May: Death toll last Saturday’s flash flood on Seti river in Kaski has increased to 28. A body part that was recovered Thursday has been identified and returned to loved ones.
