STOCK PRICES GAIN DESPITE CONTINUING UNCERTAINTY Kathmandu, 24 May: Stock prices gained despite continued political uncertainty on the last day of five-day weekly trading Thursday. The market gained 12.93 points or3.35 percent and closed at 398.59 points. Altogether 284,160 shared were traded for Rs.88.162 million through 1737 transactions. Nnnn PAC ASKS GOVT. TO RELEASE FUNDS FOR EMBASSY RELEASE IN LONDON Kathmandu, 24 May: Parliament’s public accounts committee (PAC) Thursday asked government to release funds for the repair of the Nepali embassy – a Crown property in in London.
