SUSHIL KOIRALA SAYS CA DISSOLVED WITH FOREIGN SUPPORT Kathmandu, 31 May: NC President Sushil Koirala said there was foreign hand in dissolution of the constituent assembly (CA), Kul Chandra Neupane writes in Kantipur. “There was foreign interference in dissolution of the CA. Attempt is being made to turn Nepal into Afghanistan pitting powers against each other. You understand this,” a source quoting Koirala at a meeting Wednesday said, according to Kantipur. But most of the lawmakers said at the meeting of NC said the situation was spoilt because the party was a Maoist pawn.
