UML STUDENT LEADER SAYS INDIAN CONSUL GENERAL IN BIRGUNJ MADE CONTROVERSIAL STATEMENT Kathmandu, 23 May: UML student leader Umesh Gupta from the Madesh said Wednesday in an article Indian Consul General SD Mehta last week did made a controversial statement inciting trouble in the south bordering India.
