BAIDHAYA REPLIES TO SEVEN POINT UNITY PROPOSAL OF PRACHANDA Kathmandu, 14 June: Formal reply of Maoist First Vice-chairman Mohan Baidhaya to a seven-point written suggestion of Chairman Prachanda was delivered to the Thursday at there residence of the Maoist boss. “He (Prachanda0 is working for a break while talking unity. No effort has been made to correct serious mistakes,” a Baidhaya loyalist said raising objections to the Prachand proposal. Baidhaya faction begin their national meet Friday to launch a new party. The Maoist chief is expected to reply to Baidhaya Friday. Nnnn NC CONVENEC MEET OF FORMER LAWMAKERS Kathmandu, 14 June: NC Thursday convened a meeting of former lawmakers, central leaders and candidates of previous parliamentary constituencies in the capital from Sunday.
