Nnnn CAPITAL RECORDS HIGH TEMPERATURE Kathmandu, 14 June: The capital’s temperature Thursday morning was 21 degrees Celsius. Mercury is expected to rise to 35 degrees Celsius in the afternoon. Thursday’s maximum temperature in the capital was 35.2 degrees Celsius. A dry spell has hit the county with prediction of a delayed monsoon.
