PRACHANDA, BAIDHAYA MEET INCONCLUSIVE UPDATE
Kathmandu, 12 June: A four-hour meets between Maoist Chairman and
First Vice-chairman Mohan Baidhaya at the latter’s residence was inconclusive Tuesday and the meeting for unity will continue, said Baidhaya faction leader Deb Gurung..
Prachanda proposed unity but Baidhaya demanded written proposal,
Secretary CP Gajurel said.
He said unity was difficult with plans for national meets of both sides in final stage.

NC MEET UPDATE
Kathmandu, 12 June: NC central committee meet Tuesday decided to launch awareness campaign down to the village as it decided to launch nation-wide anti-governments with support of other parties.
The meeting continues Wednesday as discussions on issues hadn’t been completed on the first day Tuesday.

UML STANDING COMMITTEE UPDATE
Kathmandu, 12 June: Janajati and Madeshi central leaders attended a UML ssstanding committee Tuesday boycotted previously.
They told the party the dissolved constituent assembly (CA) should be
revived briefly to promulgate a constitution with provision of 14 ethnic-based provinces.
The party faces a split on the usessss.
