PRACHANDA, BAIDHAYA MEET Kathmandu, 12 June; Amid predictions and likelihood of a split UCPN (Maoist), Chairman Prachanda held consultations Tuesday with First Vice-Chairman Mohan Baidhaya at the latter’s residence. Baiihaya faction has come out on the street against amid deep ideological and personal differences with the party leading the caretaker government. Deuba has been staying from meetings for nine months amid differences. The committee is discussing plans for anti-governments with other opposition parties.
