PRACHANDA SAID HE’S DISCUSSING BHATTARAI RESIGNATION WITH PM Kathmandu, 26June; Maoist Chairman Prachanda said Tuesday he’s discussing the resignation of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai with the government chief. The Maoist chief said this in response to a question when reminded by a reporter he had demanded his vice-chairman’s resignation. “We are talking. Discussions are continuing. ‘I do not know in what context he [Bhattarai] said this,” Prachanda said when reminded the premier reiterated Monday he won’t resign until result of elections. nnnn
