PRESIDENT HOLDING TEA RECEPTION FOR GOVERNMENT, OPPOSITION LEADERS TO FIND CONSENSUS Kathmandu, 17 June: President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav is holding consultations with lawmakers of the dissolved constituent assembly/legislature/parliament at a tea reception he’s hosting Sunday fir consensus. The president himself has called for a consensus to break the new deadlock if the 22 November constituent assembly elections are to be held on the announced date by government in the absence of parliament to amend an interim constitution to facilitate a vote. The president is holding a reception amid opposition decision to boycott the prime minister and ministers. The opposition decided the resignation of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai is a pre-condition for a dialogue toend the deadlock. Nnnn
