UPDATE ALL-PARTY MEET INCONCLUSIVE Kathmandu, 20 June: A meeting of seven ruling and opposition parties was inconclusive Wednesday as parties decided to keep doors open for a dialogue to find to a political and constitutional crisis following announcement of elections by government for the constituent assembly 22 November. Opposition NC and UML attended the meet despite earlier opposition threats to boycott the prime minister and ministers. The parties discussed possible outlets for a new deadlock. The meeting was held at NC headquarters nnnn MAOIST POLITBURO MEET POSTPONED UPDATE Kathmandu, 20 June: UCPN Maoist has rescheduled its politburo meet citing inadequate preparations. It was scheduled meet 29 June. A party standing committee meet Wednesday will take an official decision Wednesday. A formal reaction to Monday’s party is still awaited. Nnnn
