WTER LEVEL CROSSES DANGER MARK ON SAPTA KOSHI Kathmandu, 25 June:: Water level crossed the danger level Monday afternoon on Sapta Koshi river for the first time this monsoon season. Red flags have been hoisted on the Koshi barrage. Twenty-two of 52 sluice gates have been opened to release the excess water.
