Nnnn 82-YEAR-OLD MAN LIGHTS FUNERAL PYRES OF13 MEMBERS OF HIS FAMILY IN RIDI GHAT Kathmandu, 29July: A eighty-two year old man Saturday lit the funeral pyres of 13 members of his family from New Delhi killed in a jeep accident one day earlier. “Another tragedy has overwhelmed me.. Six days after the death of my eldest son Dhan Bahadur, another tragedy has struck,” said 82-year-old An Bahadur Rana lighting the funeral 13 family members killed Friday when a jeep hurled off a road into a river. The 13 family members were returning home with ashes of Dhan Bahadur who died Monday in New Delhi. An Bahadur, his head shaved, lit the funeral pyres at Ridi Ghat Saturday, published reports said.
