IN FRESH ROUND OF DISCUSSIONS, PRESIDENT HOLDS CONSULSTATIONS WITH NC LEADERS TOBREAK DEADLOCK Kathmandu, 22 July: In fresh round of discussions with leaders of political parties to break a constitutional and political crisis, President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav Sunday held collective consultations with main opposition NC leaders. The president held extended discussions with party President Sushil Koirala, senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba and Vice-president Ram Chandra one day after he blamed major parties for failure to promulgate a constitution.
