LALITPUR BANDH FOR SECOND DAY Kathmandu, 23 July: Lalitpur closed down the town for the second consecutive day Monday forcing the closure of schools, business and transport services came to a halt.. They are protesting government efforts to translocate squatters from Thapathali along Bagmati river to Sundharighat in Lalitpur.
