NEPAL, BANGLADESH TO HOLD ANNUAL CONSULTATIONS Kathmandu, 31 July: Sputh Asian members of regional grouping SAARC have agreed to hold annual foreign secretary-level meeting alternatively in the capitals of the two countries.
