NEPAL TEAM FOR ICC U-19 CRICKET WORLD CUP 2012 Kathmandu, 13 July: International Cricket Council (ICC) through its website Thursday announced the Nepali team for the ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup 2012 yet to be officially announced by Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN). All members of Nepali U-19 team at the just concluded ACC U-19 Asia Cup last month in Malaysia retained their positions. . Sixteen members ate in the team for the U-19 World Cup being hosted by Australia is the state of Queensland 11 to 26 August. Pradeep Airee, Prithu Baskota, Naresh Budhaayer, Ramnaresh Giri, Mahamad Hasim Ansari, Bhuban Karki, Krishna Karki, Avinash Karn, Saurabh Khanal, Gopal Singh, Rahul Kumar Vishwakarma, Rajesh Pulami, Subash Khakurel, Sagar Pun and Fajlur Rahman are in the team.. Nepal is in Group A with hosts Australia, England and Ireland. Nepal will play Australia 13 August 13 at Tony Ireland Stadium (TIS), Townsville, and Ireland on 15 August 15 at Endeavor Park 1, Townsville. Nepal will then take on England 16 August 16 at TIS. nnnn
