OPPOSITION REACTION AFTER AGREMENT TOBRING PARTIAL BUDGET Kathmandu, 10 July: Chairman of the CPN-UML, Jhalanath Khanal said as the time to prepare budget for the coming fiscal year was already delayed the incumbent government should be toppled to pave the way for forming a government of national consensus, rSS reports.. Emerging from the all-party meeting held here on Tuesday, he said all the political parties have put forth their views so far and they have stressed on the need for a consensus. Door for a national consensus government would open only after the new government is formed, said UML Chairman Khanal while talking to media persons following the meeting. Similarly, senior leader of the Nepali Congress, Sher Bahadur Deuba, said consensus canot be forged until the incumbent government remains in power. nnnn O
