PADDY TRANPLANTATION DELAYED Kathmandu, 14 July: Paddy transplantation this year has been completed only in 28 percent farmland nation-wide and 19 percent in terai, agriculture ministry said. Paddy transplantation was completed in 36 percent farms by this time last year. Production falls with late transplantation.
