Monday. The Commission said interim constitution and election laws have to be amended to conduct elections announced by government 22 November. The interim constitution mentions only one assembly election as Prime Minister babram Bhattarai announced a vote for the second time in four years to draft a Constitution to institutionalize a declkared ropublic.
