PRESIDENT CONSULTING LAWYERS ON LEGALITY ELECTION-RELATED ORDINANCES Kathmandu, 28 July: President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav is consulting lawyers Saturday on two ordinances related to national elections submitted by cabinet after its passage and us promulgation by the head of state. The ordinances were presented by Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai to the president even as the unilaterally government declared 22 November election for a constituent assembly has rescheduled for an unspecified date. The president has charged government for running the country through ordinances weakening the democratic process. nnnn. SOALTEE HOTEL LTD. RECORDS RS.150, 600 MILLION PROFIT.
