Ram BaranYadav told an audience in Butwal Saturday he was concerned with ethnic issues being raised in the country. ‘Our caste is Nepali,” he said in ‘History will judge us, including myself,” the head of state, who is a medical doctor, said. He was elected first president on a NC ticket. “W have failed to institutionalize a republic when 90percent of work on a constitution was completed,” he said taking names of NC,UML and Madeshbadi parties in government. ‘We couldn’t give a constitution. History will evaluate us. Dr. Yadav referred to the present political and constitutional crisis and hoped theprime minister will provide an outlet. nnnn
