SECRETARY-LEVEL NEPAL-CHINA TALKS TO REINFOCING SECURITY ALONG SENSITIVE NEPAL-TIBET BORDER Kathmandu, 22 July: A seven-member Nepali security team led by Home Secretary Sushil Jung Bahadur Rana flew for Beijing Saturday to participate in bilateral security talks beginning in he Chinese capital Monday. The six-day meet will focus security along the sensitive Nepal-Tibet border. Home-secretary level security talks are held every two years. The meeting comes amid Chinese re quest to curb-anti-China activities along the border by replacing Nepali Police teams with personnel of Armed Police Force (APC).
