TO HOLD ANNOUNCED FACILITIES FOR PARTY LEADERS UNTIL FINAL VERDICT Kathmandu, 31 July: A single bench of supreme court on Tuesday issued a stay order directing government not to implement articles in an ordinance to provide life-long perks and facilities to party leaders who held top government jobs until a final court verdict.
