TOILET CONVERTED INTO CANTEEN AT PM’S OFFICE IN SINGHA DURBAR Kathmandu, 2 July: The canteen at the Office of the Prime Minister is run and located from a toilet converted into a temporary kitchen, television footage aired Monday showed.
