UPDATE FORMER PLA FIGHTERS , YCL DEMAND FINANCIL ACOUNTING Kathmandu, 18 July :Maoist closed door session plenary was postponed until 11 in the morning Thursday following sloganeering by former Maoist PLA fighters and para-military wing YCL at the meeting venue demanding transparency in the finance of the two bodies. Chairman Prachanda assured an accounting in a statement the session.. The former fighters and YCL cadres demanded action against persons involved in financial mismanagement.
