ANOTHER INJURED AFNA PLAYER SUCCUMBS TO INJURIES Kathmandu, 9Aug.: ANFA player Sagar Pariyar died Thursday morning at a Kathmandu hospital of injuries sustained in a bus accident in neigbouring Dhading Tuesday. Another ANFA player Ranjan Thapa died instantly. Death toll in the bus accident has increased to 13. A group of football players was traveling to the capital from Butwal in the bus. Two other injured players are undergoing treatment for injuries. Nnnn NC WITHDRAWS HUNGER STRIKE Kathmandu, 9 Aug.: A hunger strike staged by Nepali Congress, Saptari has been put to an end after four days, RSS reports from Rajbiraj.. The strike was put off after a dialogue between hunger strikers and local administration. Nepali Congress had started hunger strike putting forward various demands including declaration of martyr to Nepali Congress, Saraswor VDC President Indra Narayan Yadav. President of NC, Saptari, Constituency-6 Khagendra Prasad Yadav and Vice-president Basudev Prasad Thakur had performed hunger strike at Bishnupur Chowk in Kalyanpur since last Sunday. Congress was in struggle to provide relief to the victim family of Yadav who was shot dead by Tarakanta Yadav of Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum Nepal two months ago. The local administration has pledged to take initiative for relief to victim family and dispatch objective details of the incident to the concerned authority, said Coordinator of Struggle Committee, Bhagawat Yadav. nnnn : MEDIA GOOGLE “I went [to India] for a regular medical check-up.
