BABURAM BHATTARAI GOVT. COMPLETES ONE YEAR IN OFFICE Kathmandu, 26 Aug.: The government of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai completed one year in office Sunday.promising a constitution and peace. But both talks haven’t been accomplished. The government chief has gone on record to record his frustrations. He even blamed foreign intervention for his failure to deliver promises when Maoists were propelled to power with foreign help. Maoists and other parties invited the UN to help resolve Nepal’s internal problem created largely by the Maoist 10-year people’s war’ Nepalis are still suffering the effects of the war. Maoists and seven parliamentary parties signed a 12-point New Delhi accord in the Indian capital brokered by India; Maoists never objected. The party heading the government has been charged for pushing India’s agenda even by a splinter group of Maoists that has formed a new party. nnnn
