DEUBA SUPPORTERS TO QUIT Kathmandu, . 1 Aug.:: The Central Member of the Nepali Congress belonging to the faction led by senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba decided on Wednesday not to accept the departmental responsibilities the party assigned them recently.m RSS reports. Central Member Min Bishwokarma said they were planning to resign en masse and reject the responsibilities they are assigned. Following the meeting at leader Deuba´s residence this evening, he accused President Sushil Koirala of picking more central members to his faction than that of Deuba while giving responsibilities of various departments in the party. However, he said they would hold discussion with President Koirala before resigning. In the meeting, leader Deuba said party President Koirala was acting against the agreement he made with him. Leader Deuba has decided to hold a separate meeting of the central members close to his faction on Thursday. Among 42 departments formed within the party, only 13 departments have been allocated to the Deuba faction. Among them, expressing dissatisfaction over the decision, zonal coordinators Gyanendra Bahadur Karki and NP Saud have already resigned , nnnn ________________________________________
