Kathmandu, 21 Aug.: Minister for Finance Barshaman Pun has warned that Nepalis would move to street for protest if the President acted beyond constitutional
Limit, RSS reports from Biratnagar.
Speaking briefly with the media persons at Biratnagar Airport on Tuesday, he claimed that the President could not take any decision on his own but abided by political consensus.
He accused the President of breaching constitution by sending back the bills the government recommended for authentication regarding the fresh CA elections.
President can't change government without political consensus, he said, adding that unity among political parties was a must as the country was seeing crisis.
Finance Minister Pun said Nepali Congress could lead the next consensus government if the NC and the CPN-UML implemented the five-point pact in letter and spirit, otherwise present government would be continued.

RBB RECORDS RS.1.44 BILLION PROFIT
Kathmandu, 21 Aug.: The Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has made Rs 1.44 billion net profit in the 2068/069 fiscal year, the bank said, RSS reports.
During the last fiscal year, the bank collected Rs 87.77 billion in deposit, invested Rs 26.50 billion and disbursed Rs 40.45 billion in loan, according to a press statement issued by the bank.
The bank has been providing any branch banking services through 140 branches and 48 ATM outlets across the country.
The bank said that preparations are underway to begin branchless banking service at Chhatrebajha of Kavre and Triveni of Nawalparasi district.
