FURTHER DETAILS OF PRESIDENT, PARTY LEADERS MEET Kathmandu, 5 Aug.: : The consultation meeting with 27 political meeting represented in the dissolved Constituent Assembly (CA) called by President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav to forge consensus for ending country's political and constitutional crisis has Concluded. During the meeting held at the Sheetal Niwas, the President urged political parties to forge consensus sooner to end political stalemate seen in the country.Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, presidents/chairmen of different political parties, former prime ministers, among others, were present in the meeting. On the occasion, President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav stressed on the need of ending the transition of the country by forging political consensus at the earliest and added that political parties should be active to resolve all the problems. Emerging from the meeting, Chairman of the UCPN-Maoist, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, said that the President urged them to be active for ending country's current political and constitutional crisis. We told President Dr. Yadav that we will focus on forging consensus that would resolve all problems of the country in a package and consensus will be forged among political parties sooner to give an outlet to the country, Dahal said.
