LILAMANI PAUDEL TAKES CHARGE AS CHIEF SECRETARY Kathmandu, 6 Aug.:Lilamani Paudel Monday took over responsibility as chief secretary. Paudel was appointed by the government of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai amid charges an resignations of half a dozen claimants who said they were senior. PM Bhattarai denied the claim saying 13 top senior joined government service the same day. Paudel took charge from Madhav Kumar Ghimere who completed a three-year tenure. NNNN
