MERGER OF VIBOR BIKASH BANK APPROVED Kathmandu, 14 Aug : A final approval for the merger of troubled Vibor Bikas Bank with Bhajuratna Finance and Savings Company has been approved by Nepal Rashtra Bank (NRB). Following the merger, the category B bank will have a paid-up of Rs 900.45 million.
