MORE ON PM BHATTARAI SPEAK Kathmandu, 4 Aug.: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai revealed his relationship with President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav has deteriorated blaming the ceremonial president for inviting Indian main opposition leader Yashwant Sinha this week even as the government was moving to invite him officially. ‘Persons occupying responsible constitutional positions should maintain decorum, ‘ People occupying such repositions, didn’t coordinate with government,” PM Bhattarai told some reporters Friday..
