SERVICES AT TUTH COMES BACK TO NORMAL Kathmandu, 19 Aug.: All services resumed at the TUTH Sunday. Service, except emergency,, were closed down by hospital doctors and staff most of last week demanding appointment of senior, competent persons not affiliated to political parties.
