NC DISTRICT PRESIDENTS HOLDDISCUSSIONS WITH SUSHIL KOIRALA, SHER BAHADUR DEUBA Kathmandu, 2 Aug.: Discussions are ongoing between NC district presidents and party President Sushil Koirala Thursday morning to implement decisions of the 14-point Bharabishe declaration this week. Seventy-five districts presidents issued the declaration, including conduction parliamentary elections and formation of a national consensus government under NC leadership. The presidents are holding separate discussions with senior party leader Sher Bahadur Deuba.
