OPPOSITION YOUTH, STUDENTS TO CONDUCT NATION-WIDE POLLS ON LEGALITY OF GOVERNMENT Kathmandu, 14 Aug.: Opposition youth and students will conduct polls in 107 constituencies on the legality of the government of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai Friday and results will be announced Friday. The ‘polls’ will be conducted at district headquarters and main urban centers. The voting in the capital will be held at 15 centers. After the automatic dissolution of CA with a vote call, Bhattarai is now calling for CA restoration. “The first option is to restore CA through political understanding and complete work all work on the constitution in the next one month through it.
