PRESIDENT ASKS 21-PARTY FRONT TO SEEK UNDERSTANDING WITH OTHER PARTIES Kathmandu, 16Aug.:President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav Thursday asked leaders of a controversial 21-party font including its Chairman and Maoist boss Prachanda and Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai to seek an understanding an understanding with rival parties for a resolution of a prolonged deadlock.
