Kathmandu, 3 Aug.: President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav Friday told main opposition NC district presidents no resolution has been found to a constitutional and political crisis even three months after Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai ordered constituent assembly (CA) elections 2 November which election commission has said can’t be
held within the deadline.
Seventy-five district presidents asked the president collectively and singly to play to end the deadlock.
The president told the main opposition district leaders parties should five

The president has been playing only an advisory role even as some parties
ask him to play an interventionist role to defuse the crisis.
The ceremonial president has acted as he is now doing now at a time when
Sshyam Sharan revealed India through the head of state intervened on behalf of embattled Arny Chief Gen, Rukmangud Katawal who was sacked by Chairman Prachanda when he was prime minister.
The revelation has embarrassed the president.
The army chief retained his job while Prachanda had to quit office in ninemonths.
