PROMOTION OF ARMY CHIEF RANA RECOMMENDED Kathmandu, 27 Aug.: Promotion of Army Chief Lt. Gen. Gaurav Shumshere Rana was recommended to Presidnt Dr.. Ram Baran Yadav Monday.
